panic disorder treatment

Anxiety attack or panic disorder? Do you have a problem with one or the other? Actually the general view is that they are one and the same.

Both can give you similar symptoms. No matter how mild or severe your symptoms. It will still scare the pants off you every time.

Whether you call them panic attacks or an anxiety disorder. It’s important to get control as soon as possible. Anything that can lessen these symptoms.

I’ve seen first hand how debilitating these attacks can get, and the urgency for treatment. Of course, many different drugs are available to help with these attacks. I’d advise getting a proper check-up as soon as possible just in case anything more sinister is going on.

If you are currently having anxiety or panic attacks. My advice would be to opt for a non drug treatment. There are a few reasons why I would say that.

Number one, you should (if possible) avoid the risk of side effects with drugs. The other reason is that medication programs are mostly only short term things. I’d say it was a poor doctor who would keep you on medication for the long term.

In fact your doctor should want you off the medication as soon as is possible really. But what if I come off the drugs you might ask. An important point indeed.

It may come as a nice surprise but there are a few other techniques you can use. And there are no drugs or medication needed. No drugs or (costly) hypnotherapy sessions.

These drug free techniques were put together by other panic attack victims. Victims who have conquered the problem. These techniques teach you to recognise when an attack is looming. And then you use the techniques to squash the attack before it takes hold.

It’s your choice, carry on with the panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Or decide to take control and teach yourself some killer techniques.

social anxiety treatment

What causes your anxiety attacks? Anxiety can be caused by a number of different triggers. What triggers yours could still be unknown.

My wife suffered panic attacks at one innocent looking junction when she drove the car. If she had to stop at that junction, bang, an attack was on her. Out of the blue a panic attack would swoop.

But your panic attacks causes could be any number of things. But I’m willing to bet it’s the same underlying thing. Could be a dentists or hospital waiting room.

You may have no idea what your panic attacks causes are. It will help to identify them though. This will help loads in overcoming the symptoms.

Spotting your trigger can be really helpful. When, not if, you get control over the anxiety. You can use the trigger to sort of test how well you are doing.

Ok, I’m jumping ahead a bit here. Going on about getting control and testing triggers. Would you be pleased to learn there are drug free systems you can use to stop these attacks dead?

Methods and tips that you can quickly use against any rising panic attack. There are literally thousands of people using this method, almost day in day out. Those people are in total control and are virtually panic attack free.

Best of all these techniques do not use drugs or medication of any sort. So, you don’t have to keep shelling out for repeat prescriptions. This also means you can be side effect free as well.

It’s a simple thing to learn these techniques off by heart. And when you start to have an attack you start the techniques. You probably won’t stop it altogether the first time, but you will get better and better every time.
